By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the si6xs Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and agree that they form a binding legal contract between you and si6xs. This acceptance is effective from the moment of first use or registration, whichever occurs earlier.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the si6xs Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
The si6xs Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions. Any User who provides false age information during registration, or who is subsequently found to be under 21 at any point during their use of si6xs, will have their account immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance held subject to investigation before determination of disposal.
Each individual may hold only one active si6xs account at any time. Multi-accounting — the creation or use of more than one account by the same individual — is strictly prohibited regardless of the email address, device, payment method, or identity used. si6xs actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and IP analysis. Where duplicate accounts are detected, si6xs reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds held across those accounts, and return only the net Real Money balance of the primary account at its sole discretion.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, and preferred contact details. si6xs reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration information at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by si6xs support may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
It is the User's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming services through si6xs is lawful under the laws applicable to their location. si6xs does not provide legal advice on jurisdictional gaming law. Users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed and balances returned (minus any bonus credits) upon detection.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your si6xs login credentials. si6xs will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have formally notified si6xs of an unauthorised access event in writing through the support channel at [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, si6xs will immediately suspend account access pending investigation.
si6xs operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with international licensing requirements. You may be required to complete identity, address, and payment method verification before being permitted to make withdrawals. Required documentation may include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and screenshots or statements confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. si6xs reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC documentation is received and reviewed to its satisfaction.
An account that has had no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. si6xs will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying a monthly administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts. The applicable fee will be communicated in the notification. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Reactivation is available by contacting si6xs support.
si6xs currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). si6xs does not currently accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. All deposits are credited to the account balance in PKR at the value received, with no conversion fees applied by si6xs.
The minimum single deposit amount on the si6xs Platform is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will be declined and returned to the originating payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit specified in these Terms, though individual payment provider limits (as set by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or the relevant bank) apply independently and are outside si6xs's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed by si6xs within the timeframes associated with the chosen method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 minutes of request approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 1–24 hours, subject to banking business hours. Withdrawal processing begins only after all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied. si6xs reserves the right to delay processing where a withdrawal is flagged for compliance review.
Funds originating from bonuses, promotional credits, or free-play awards are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated at the point of bonus acceptance and is also available in the account Promotions section. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds portion and the release of any eligible Real Money balance only.
By making any deposit to si6xs, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate personal source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. si6xs reserves the right to request evidence of funds source at any time, particularly for accounts with high-value or high-frequency deposit activity. Where si6xs has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are of unlawful origin, it may freeze the account, suspend withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the User.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free credits, cashback awards, and loyalty rewards offered by si6xs are subject to these general terms and the specific terms stated at the time of each promotion. Where specific terms conflict with these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.
The si6xs welcome bonus, where offered, is available to first-time depositing accounts only. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, and wagering requirement are stated in the current welcome bonus promotion page. si6xs reserves the right to modify welcome bonus terms or to suspend the welcome bonus offer at any time. Players who have previously held a si6xs account under any email address or identity are not eligible for a welcome bonus on a new account.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, network disruption, or any other technical error affecting a game or betting round, si6xs reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stakes to the involved accounts. si6xs is not liable for any expected winnings or losses arising from a technical malfunction. Where a malfunction cannot be resolved through round voiding, the matter will be reviewed by the si6xs technical team and resolved on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable licensing standards.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the si6xs Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

si6xs grants registered Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership and is conditional on continued compliance with these Terms.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data provided to si6xs is governed by the si6xs Privacy Policy, available at si6xs.bio/privacy-policy. By creating an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, si6xs collects registration information, transactional data, KYC documentation, device and connection information, and gameplay data for the purposes of providing the Platform Services, complying with legal and licensing obligations, preventing fraud, and improving platform performance. si6xs does not sell personal data to third-party marketing entities. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, si6xs and its officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the si6xs Platform.
si6xs's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, subject to the exclusion of any Bonus Funds within that total.
si6xs does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen technical events may result in temporary unavailability of services. si6xs will endeavour to notify registered Users of scheduled maintenance in advance but is not liable for any losses arising from planned or unplanned Platform downtime.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that participation in any game or betting market offered by si6xs may result in the loss of funds deposited. si6xs is not responsible for any gambling-related financial losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform.
si6xs reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account, with or without prior notice, if the User is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited conduct, provided false information, or engaged in any behaviour that si6xs reasonably determines threatens the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform. Upon termination for cause, si6xs may forfeit any Bonus Funds held in the account and is not obligated to return Real Money Funds where the account was terminated for fraud or money laundering.
You may close your si6xs account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed, and any remaining Real Money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Account closure does not affect si6xs's right to retain records for compliance and audit purposes.
si6xs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, si6xs will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered Users via the email address on file, or via a prominent Platform notification, before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date. si6xs will retain an archive of previous Terms versions, accessible upon reasonable written request to [email protected].
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to si6xs's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the si6xs Platform shall be first submitted to the si6xs internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, you must submit a written complaint to [email protected], including your account details, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. si6xs commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive written response within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Where the internal dispute process does not resolve the matter to the User's satisfaction, unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under which si6xs holds its operational licence. si6xs will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or arbitration process. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
